Team Building

A drum circle is the perfect thing to get people into their bodies, energised and feeling like everyone is in it together. A team building workshop focuses on fun and interactive rhythm making where everyone gets to work as a group as well as shine as individuals. It highlights many of the things we need to work well together in any context : acceptance of difference, celebration of peoples talents, patience, taking it in turns to listen, speak and work as one. While the focus is on team building I can also incorporate professional development activities for teachers to experiment with in their classrooms! I am happy to design something that will work for you.
